Data base is not connected then where these values are stored?

Values are stored in the useStates if u refresh the page it will gone and if you want to store the data u can use local storage

Radio buttons ko bhi initial name property dena padega aur man lo 3 gender input create krna hai to in inputs me name attribute same rhega and type me radio rhega....like this Male Female and rest is same
