In this video you will learn how to create read only custom role in oracle cloud for the external auditors or internal auditors ,
Create a new custom role based on seeded Payables Inquiry duty: ORA_AP_PAYABLES_INVOICE_INQUIRY_DUTY.
1. Create custom role (from Security Console)
2. Add seeded duty role:
Select role in Role Hierarchy tab and add Payables Transaction Review (Add role)

Hi Sir, thanks for video, I got issue, could you tell me the solve. after custom role have assigned to specific user, Payable Module (Invoice and Payment) is not coming, is there any missing step ?

Hi @sara 1. The first role that you need to evaluate is the Seeded Role Financial Analyst that is made for Inquire Only users. 2. If the seeded role above does not fulfill your requirements, please evaluate having the roles that you want to have assigned and test the FND_READ_ONLY_MODE profile option. 3. If the options above do not fulfill your requirement, then the custom role is the way to go. For this, I suggest to select the seeded or custom role that approaches the most (f.e. General Ledger Reporting duty role) to what you are looking for and follow the steps documented in note: "Payables Invoice Inquiry (Read-Only custom role) (Doc ID 2360565.1)". This document refers to Payable roles, but is exactly the same concept for General Ledger in regards to Role customization, the difference are the roles you need to work on GL. 4.After the role customization is done and the roles have been assigned to users from Security console, please run the jobs Import User and Role Application Security Data and Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes before the customization is tested.

I'm customising AR role, I wanted to remove 'submit' option, meaning user will only create and save the transaction, second user will do complete transaction. Can you guide me to achieve the above requirement
