I would like to mention a couple of things: 1- The resolution of your videos are 720p and sometimes difficult to see your screens due to high resolution (minimum required HD) 2- Would be much easeir to see all the videos on your PlayLists if the order is descending (oldest first) Thanks

@@joelboyden668 you would need to add a choice column with the approval status and then in power automate workflow have an action that updates a SharePoint list item after each approval stage you have 👍

Hi, I am trying to sort the Expenses Approval Flow. I am using the template for expenses - however, I keep getting this error "Failed to validate the signature of the actionable message card." - What is this?

what is stopping people from editing the file afer approval?

@@trinityx1032 they can do, but it would then put it back into draft mode and start a new version. You can hide drafts from non editors so only those that should be editing documents can see the drafts, eveyone else sees the last approved document.
