Hey there! This is a pretty standard code, so I'd need to look at your code to see why it wouldn't respond. Feel free to submit a code help request here: insidethesquare.co/code-help](insidethesquare.co/code-help

Silly question, but what if I'm trying to create a landing page that has a left/right color split to the page with text and logo elements on each half for visitors to navigate to a different two different "sites" for our company?

That kinda layout is totally possible with a fluid engine section! You can layer shape blocks, images, and text to create a dual layout. Don't forget to edit the mobile version too ;)

@InsideTheSquare: I've tried this CSS code out and for some reason, this is not working? Even with me nputting the style brackets. I'm on a 7.1 theme so not sure what's wrong. Any idea?

Is there a way one could make it so that the background under the content was black instead of white?
@InsideTheSquare4 жыл бұрын
Hey Wesley! IMHO, the best way would be to use the color themes in 7.1 so you don't have to force a browser to overwrite it. You can set that background under Design > Colors > Section Themes and set up a theme with the background/text colors you want to see 👍👍
