I just started watching this channel today and I'm hooked. I have an undergraduate degree in tv/film production and want to become a developer of tv and film. This channel is awesome to help guide me in my writing which I've let go some years ago due to life happening, but this has always been a dream of mine to write/produce for tv/film!

Loved this! MM is such a great example to use! I'm currently writing on studiobinder and came to youtube to research character creation. I clicked on the most appealing video and watched until the end, before realising you're the studiobinder yt channel! Haha. Not surprised, thankyou for all that you do, you are helping me immensely! Legends. 🙌

Ghost in the Shell had potential to be the greatest Sci Fi film since blade runner instead it was a beautiful boring paint by numbers film. It broke my heart because the original Anime was just amazing

Already done with this character worksheet and it was really helpful. I had some ideas on how I wanted them to be and what they liked. But, by forcing me to write them and actually seeing their wants in the same page I was able to make their Dynamics much more interesting

One thing that I think makes a great character is that if the lead(s) ask that character to do something, that character does it without complaining; I was seeing a sixth-and-final-season episode of NBC's hit medical/action series Emergency! ("Isolation," from 1977 [OAD Saturday, March 19, 1977]), and at one point, Dr. Morton was asked to go with Johnny and Roy to help out at the rural fire station that Johnny and Roy were stuck at; he went back straightway with them, and while I didn't get to see Dr. Morton actually doing any work, just that willingness on his part to go to that rural fire station and help out was remarkable development in and of itself, IMO.

Hello, I'm currently developing a show at the moment that I'd like to get off the ground someday and this playlist has been of great help to me so thank you for doing this. When it comes to writing what has happened to a character that defines them, would you include flashbacks shown within the show as part of it? If you could help me, that would be great! Again, thank you for this series and I wish you the best of luck.
