Boss I have some issue pls. On creating the account with linking for bank account there asking of bank statement. And also if are not able to link ur local bank why u cant link ur foreign account that u had with ur PayPal thanks

Click on the pending then you we put your voters card if you are from Nigeria before they can verify it. It's happen to some people and they said that how they do it
