You need to export the finished product as a PDF, then the end user, uses the PDF of your digital planner with a notes app. Like GoodNotes, Penly, Notability.

I followed along with you and created my own planner. It looks good but the problem is that it seriously slows down my ipad when i use it causing it to lag. Are there any settings i can adjust in Affinity to stop it from lagging when i use it on my ipad? Ive not had that problem with other planners i've used recently. Many thanks!

Export your PDF as PDF Flatten and 72dpi. Click on more before you click to Export and make sure hyperlinks are included.

@@DreamCreativeBee I've been scouring the internet for this answer. I create my own drawings to add to the planners and in an attempt to keep them safe I flatten the PDF but it's such a drag to re add the hyperlinks and it's impossible using keynote to flatten the PDF and include Hyperlinks. This right here is making me get affinity. Thank you!

what is the size of your finished pdf file?

18 mb which is quite large. I will create a video showing how to reduce the size.

They are different. They are called inserts which the customer would add inside of the note app that they use like GoodNotes. This is video is showing how to create an interior that you finish and sell as a finished product to the customer. You can also create the separate inserts.
