if I get you right, then basic Woocommerce plugin is enough :) from Crocoblock, you need to have a JetWooBuilder plugin

no, you don't :) but you need to install and activate the free WooCommerce plugin itself as the JetWooBuilder plugin based mainly on the Woocommerce functionality :)
