How would you make a more exclusive app that only and admin can create your account. An index page without signup, just the login. How would you manually create accounts to authorized users? Do i need to create a secret page where only admin knows and from there create accounts?

As you mentioned, you could create a way for users to login to an existing account, but not register new accounts. You could also build a master admin dashboard that only you can access. Within this page, you could create an account for the general admins you'd like to invite. These general admins could then have a standalone page where they could also invite members to join their team. Hope this helps!

Great question. Happy to list a few recommended steps below: 1. You could add a data field under your user data type called 'accounts created'. This data field should be set as a number 2. Whenever a user creates an account for someone else, you could add an additional step in the workflow that makes changes to the current users 'accounts created' field. In this workflow step, you could +1 to their existing number of accounts created. 3. On the button that triggers the workflow to create an account for someone else, you could add a condition that recognises when the 'current users accounts created field = X amount', you could make that button not clickable and say something like "you've reached your max". Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
