And I have in the past paid tons of money to have my songs professionally recorded by bands that I had no access to communicate with. I had that information and a few pages of labels to contact. All that money and I got a song I was somewhat happy with. Is it fair to spend tons of money on a less than song? Maybe. In this case I can choose what I think sounds good. And have it played out what sounds pretty amazing. And they say I have the rights to the music. And since I own the lyrics, that makes it my song. Again I don’t disagree with you. I just am trying a different approach. Trying this and seeing how well it works for me.

@@azarspecialazar9738they have hidden watermarks. If you make a hit on KZbin and spotify, they run a tool to check if your song has the hidden watermark. If your song has, they take it down or claim the copyright for them and bye bye your monetization.

@@HarryClipzFilmz My understanding its already (C) for you, under Udio and the creator. Both can use it per TOS. Same with most AI Art, unless you are under terms not to. I use Midjourney Paid myself and (C) comes with it.

Question, if you upgrade from Free to Pro on Suno, does the MP3 download file have a higher than 192 kbps encoding? Also, do you know the absolute maximum track length with Suno Pro?

as far as 192kbps I believe it's across all plans, and as far as extending I believe with V3 you can extend as much as you want, if you do happen to reach a limit, I'd try to "get whole song" then start extending it from there. Hope this helps.

KZbin already implemented an AI policy and channels get demonitized all the time even non ai channels. However if you have a "what if" mindset then I guess nothing will ever get accomplished. What if you get into a car accident driving to work? It can happen but will you let that stop you from driving to work? It's all about what you want and your choice to do something or not. Hopefully this can change your perception and mindset. However if you do decide to take action I wish you the best👌

Probably depends on the term of service of the service you used to generate those. Suno for example gives you a full commercial license if you pay, but not for free and not retroactively for songs you generated before you paid.

You don't. If you read the T&C's of most AI Audio services you'll find that they reserve some rights, but more critically, there is no legal "Act of Authorship" to legitimise an IP claim. Which is reasonable if you're talking about natural language prompt based music generation ONLY. If you just render one element then it's basically Sampling.

I take this to mean if your suno created song contains some identifiable piece of a copyrighted song, you shouldn't be putting it out there. But if not, where's the problem? Who is going to challenge you? The ai companies might get challenged for their training data but that's not your concern. Only if your song seems to have "borrowed" from another song. My sweet lord, we know that would never happen. So the onus is on you. Which is suno backwards.

@@Logan-it6kc No, you can put music on Spotify that you don't have EXCLUSIVE rights to - for example if you've ever used a Splice or LoopCloud sample, that content is licensed to the artist who releases the track but they can't claim Authorship, they have no IP claim. They're LICENSED to DISTRIBUTE. If you tried to Sync license it would be rejected because of the Sample. It's also unthethical & illegal to submit something you've licensed to KZbin content ID. Yet people still do it. I'd read the Terms & Conditions very, very carefully, several times over. I am assuming that you will indeed have License to Stream & Distribute, but it will be non-exclusive & the service will probably retain rights to pitch the output to Audio libraries & create derivative works. Be careful.

@@getkraken8064 Absolutely, I agree. Unfortunately the education of users is lagging behind the legalities, which are lagging behind the technology. It's a potential disaster. Does Suno claim to reserve any rights to the Output? I know one service claims a right to Input & Output, although at time of reading T&C's, the platform was prompt only. Which indicates that they had plans to allow for AI addition/edits/enhancements in the future BUT anything you use as Input & anything received as Output - both have rights reserved, in particular Sync licencing & Playlist pitching, but also to train their systems. Idk about others but I think this warrants particular attention & consideration before using such a service.

Not me personally that is my first ai music channel however I explain ways to become profitable in the long run in the video. Spotify does not allow AI spun content, because it is not created, it is automatically combined from creations. Copyright is for creations only. If you took away the training data, it couldn't do anything, whereas a human who never heard music would still create music. That is the difference between a creator and a content spinning machine. We are creators. AI is not. Posting AI work as your own creation is fraud, even if you say "I created this with AI". You did not create the music, period, and neither did the AI. No act of creation even occurred.
