I started watching your content back when you were just starting out and I loved fitness ever since. It’s crazy how this video came Out when I was just modifying my program, I created 3 blocks that allowed me to build strength, muscle mass and athletic performance! I did strength for 6 weeks and progressive overload on the 4 week using Mario strength modules & after that I hypertrophy phase that allow me to progressively overload to increase my muscle mass & my compound lifts after that I headed into 6 weeks of athletic performance/ mma cause what’s the point of having muscle if you can’t use it in a fight or flight situation and the reason why I choose mma so I can defend others and myself & I can take out and overpower many opponents quickly & successfully 🎉🎉 let me know if yall have any questions.

By my cardio workout, i could tell you what you can do. I am suggesting this for you. 1 hour of cycling (if you have a gear put it the last gear so it'z harder), burpees plus pushups at the same time, you could go sprint or go for 8 km walks. This is what I do which I am suggesting

Literally strength and power is explained in simple physics. Strength is just realeasing a level of force. Power is realeasing it in the unit of time like force generated per second in which fast reps have its place with 30 reps cuz in a fight you actually land some good punches like 10 or 20 with good speed and force

Bible Verses Related to Strength and Discipline 1 Corinthians 6:19-20: "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." 1 Timothy 4:8: "For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come." Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through him who strengthens me." Proverbs 31:17: "She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks." Hebrews 12:11: "No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it."
