How to Create an Email Signature in Apple Mail (on a Mac) [2024]

Great vid thanks, when composing though, I have to keep going to the right where it says signature and selecting my signature every time for it to show. Can it just appear automatically every time I click compose? Thanks

If you click the Mail menu and choose Settings > Signatures, select your account on the left and make sure it has a signature associated with it. Then it will come up automatically when you write from that email address.
