Nice advise, but what is the difference between Boost and use the Ad manager for this, because you can do segmentation on the the fan page as well.

Boosts and engagement ads are ALMOST the same in the way they act in the algorithm... BUT you have more control when you work from inside of the ads manager

Hello again, I run the campaign but I suppose to receive the notification for the people engagement and make the invitation to them to like the page but its not appear anywhere and I have high engagement with this ad and I can approach. I see when I do Post engagement may is because I create an ad instead to use one of my post.

It can. But Giveaways attract the wrong audience. Those people only want free stuff and never buy. So we don't recommend giveaways.
