That's great but I already have a website that used to be hosted and hasn't been hosted for a while. Then is a plan inside the wordpress site but it does not tell you if it is bluehost, hostgator, godaddy or who it is.

You would only need to pay for hosting on BlueHost once. That would make it a WordPress.org site and you do not need to pay to use plugins on a WordPress.org site. A WordPress.com site(a site hosted on WordPress.com) would need to be paid for a certain tier to have plugin access. It's Awesome video . My created online course Duration is of 6 months, 180 lectures . I want to show the Course week by week ,not at a glance. students should see first week content ,work on it & then only he/she can access next week content. How to arrange ? please guide.

It would depend on how they're recording but if you embed your videos from a service like Vimeo then there are certain protections in place to prevent this but there is never a 100% sure way to prevent malicious intent from everyone

That error is normally one that is related to your hosting provider's file permissions. If you reach out to your host they may be able to take a look and let you know if it is an issue there.
