Koji has the added link in bio feature which is what it mainly is. Lemon Squeezy gives more flexibility with the products you sell and payment integrations. It also handles all payment, taxes, chargebacks, etc for you. However, Koji is easier to get started.

You could for sure do that in Lemon Squeezy (I am an early user). Your download will be a .zip file. If the .zip file is too large then you can host it somewhere else and just link to that page after purchase as shown in this video. The preview can be achieved by making 10 collages of the images and adding them to the product photo. Also, you can choose not to add a product to the store if you have a private client and that purchase is just for them. Hope this helps!

My doubt is if you have a full album of photos, for example 300 photos that you want to add previews and then the client can select the one(s) they want to pay and download with full quality. Because in this case the "product" is one photo that can be in a album with other 300. In this case not for private clients, but for possible clients that can preview a full album but pay/download only one or two photos selected by him
