The memories that I've been thinking of adding are quite simple (at least for the sims I'll be creating) some of these memories are based off a playthrough of mine from the sims 1. So with Marcus Owen he got Famous (meaning he became a superstar) fell in love with Claire Charming, got married and a daughter (though that memory won't happen till 25 years later).

@@CozyPixels now with the mystery of Bella Goth,this is where things get interesting: the Sim city PD And the military both launch an investigation into the disappearance of Bella Goth (I don't know why Maxis didn't think of that or EA but that's what would happen irl) enter Duke Nukem our alien asskicker and John Parker a Detective of the Sim city PD both look into the three prime suspects Don Lothario, Nina Caliente and her sister Dina Caliente. as this story will coincide with the story of Pleasentview (plus the theory of Alexander having access to a time machine theory and the alternate timeline of the Sims 4) .

Great, fine, ok BUT HOW DO I OPEN SIMPE?!!! Nobody tells this part. I have installed it, I click on "open" again and it just installs it again. You shot right over the part I was looking for, how do i open SIMPE? Its like having a house and a key but I cant find the door!........

Hey this was great! Quick question, if you only edit Johnny Smiths memories for the first date with Ophelia does she also receive the memory even though you only edited Johnny’s? Or do you also have to edit her memories?

The memories don't affect their relationships, so that needs to be edited in another part of Sim PE :)

This may be a bit off-topic but I didn't know where else I could ask. Memories in my SimPE are showing incorrectly; instead of showing the memories ("got married to x" etc), all I see is some kind of GUID text. This applies to every single memory of every single sim, and so far has happened in three of my hoods. I'm still rather new to SimPE so I was scared to try anything in the program itself, hence why I'm here. If anyone can tell me what to do or at least tell me where I can ask about this, I'd be so grateful.

Hi again! I know this is probably no longer useful for you a year later, but for anyone else having this issue, here is what fixed it for me: - Go to Extra>Preferences - Under System Folders, make sure the correct directory is set for each game and expansion pack. For me, it was the "9: Mansions and Gardens Stuff" that needed to be fixed. The game version I play is The Sims 2 Starter Pack, so the path had to be corrected to: "C:\Program Files (x86)\The Sims 2 Starter Pack\Fun with Pets\SP9" --> (adjust the path as necessary depending on how and where the game is installed on your PC) - Go to System Check in same window - Click "Run Check" and if there is an error for the "SimPe File Table," click the button to fix, and then re-run the checks to make sure everything passes with green checkmarks. - Close and reload SimPE and try viewing the memories again! :)

Hi! 😊 Your English is perfect, don't worry! Family trees can be edited as well Although it's a bit more tedious, in SimPE after you opened up your neighborhood from the sidebar you have to choose Family Ties and you can edit them there, I'm more than happy to do a video on it if you'd like! 😊

Hey, I have a question. I was trying to follow your tutorial, but all my sims were "unknown". I went to extra and unticked No Meta Information. Then I restarted SimsPE. However, I still can't see my sims. Is there another step I can try? I put an urn into a sim's inventory. Then sent that sim off to university (they're in the bin). Now, I can't load into University because my game will crash. I want to learn how to use SimsPE to fix this issue that I've caused. I've been playing this neighborhood for about 15 years.

I didn't know Hero Monty had no character data and I removed the dead status. But I couldn't bring it back. Now Hero is alive in his children's relations section and family tree. How do I add a death memory to the Hero?

No Mystery Sim is an actual "object" with a guid 6DD33865.

@@1000rikkeful I believe it ended up being it's own object, haven't done it in a while but maybe try to search for Mystery Sim in the object field. Not sure what leaving it blank would result in, but I think you need to pick either a subject or an object.

Yes, there is a way but it is more complicated than simply editing memories, usually I change my sim's Lifetime Wants with the SimBlender :)

On most modern Windows systems you can extract a .zip or .rar compressed folder by right-clicking it and selecting "Extract All..." In the pop-up that appears, you can choose where you would like to extract to. (That's completely up to you, depending how you organize your programs and files. I choose to save mine inside My Documents in a subfolder I named "Sims 2 Utilities"). Once extracted, find the "SimPe.exe" inside the newly extracted folder, and double-click that to run the program.

Hey everyone, I got a problem here ! I followed every steps from CozyPixels' video, but my sims' memories dont show up in SimPE. They're not token but marked as "invisible". I have the ultimate collection and don't know how to do to modify and create new memories, nothing works ! Do I do something wrong ? Did that happen to anybody at all pls ? :( Thanks for the help !

Hi! I did some Googling on this issue and it seems that the file paths not being updated in SimPE can cause this. SimPE was made before Ultimate Collection so it doesn't recognize some files properly. You can get the fix for it here: www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php?topic=23081.0 Hope this helps!

How do you delete sims or families? There are some sims I don't like.

You can actually do that without a mod. If there in the family bin in when you're at the town screen, you can just click on the family and click the trash can in the bottom right corner of the family bin. if it a specific sim and not a family, you can just move that sim out and they go in the family bin and trash them. If its townies or NPCs that are bugging you, you can download the Visitor Controller (it will be in the Misc/Misc in buy mode as a plant. put it in every lot you don't want to see them and choose from it's menu who you want to ban from that lot. You can ban types of sims or even specific sims and more.
