Thanks for the video, however, i have the following issues -Imported section has thickness set to zero -Program doesnt check lateral torsional buckling check -Imported section is rotated and the dimensions used in dxf file is not reflected in the imported file

thank u very nice tutorial. i have done everything that you did and i have the same messages at the end of the steel design process where the software tells me that there are missing some importants parameters of the section etc... what can we do about these messages?

Exactly.. the messages say it wasn't calculated according to EC3-1-3. Why did the presentation skip explaining this important part?

How to do a connection design with 2 thin walled profiles setup as back to back? And how about 2 C channels but not thin walled? Would like to use a compound section for a project, and wanna see what robot can do with connection between these sections

Did you find the solution? I am working on a project and find myself in a similar situation. I want to use back-to-back cees but now sure how Robot will assume the connection and iteration between these when I define them in section definition.
