I think not. Because Photoshop brushes are different from illustrator ones

Hi.. I have made some custom brushes and saved it to a New Library. And after that.. later how can I add a newly created custom brush to that early created library ?

In the brushes window you can find the load brushes option. I have described it in the video as well

previously I created a custom brush and saved it in the brush panel, when I close Ai and reopen my custom brush is gone, how do I keep it there when I need it?

You have to import it each time you open illustrator. Go to other brushes option and then Open.. Brushes remain in the panel until illustrator is closed.

No I dont think so.. Photoshop brushes work differently than illustrator.

Mam make sure you select a shape first then you can select art brush from the new brush panel.. If it still doesn't work. Please check if your illustrator is activated and not on trial.
