Yes, in the "present and record" feature. Click on share -> more -> present and record. It's not perfect for adding voice overs, but it can be useful. :) Happy Sunday!

But in Canva, you can use the text-to-video feature to crateate speaking characters/avatars, and then integrate them into your animated video.
