Thanks Jeff, great video. I've had a play applying these ppt animations to H5P presentation activities inside Moodle and it's working great. Would be grateful to see other tips/tricks to add a little interest/excitment (i'm restricted to using these applications).

I have not done much with H5P but have heard some about it.

Nice video, Thank you. This graph can be animated in Storyline using a mask and Fly in or Path. Your content is always helpful. Thank you again.

Not sure of a mask in Storyline at least in the same way other masks work but yeah fly in animation but maybe a shape covering part that would make it look like a mask.

Great tip! Although, Adobe Captivate seems to act rather fickle about using animated gifs exported from PPT for whatever reason? But perhaps it's just on my machine. ☮️
@LearningDojo Жыл бұрын
No, it may be Captivate :D. It is in serious need of some major updates which I know they are working on a rewrite.

Great video! Could please explore JS scroll panel in Storyline?

Hmm, have not tried that one. I will look into it.

Would you say Jeff that this is a Mac-specific export function? I don't get the same options on my PC. I am using the desktop app of MS PowerPoint.
@LearningDojo Жыл бұрын
Hmm, I think you can still do it on PC but may be different. This is what I am seeing support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/make-an-animated-gif-from-a-slide-show-a598753e-92de-4f1b-8393-714db4d334b4#:~:text=With%20PowerPoint%20you%20can%20save,social%20or%20other%20digital%20channels.&text=Set%20up%20your%20presentation%2C%20complete,The%20default%20quality%20is%20Medium.

Hi. Is this possible in powerpoint 2019 or above? Or only mac version..?
@LearningDojo Жыл бұрын
I just checked Windows and yes the same "save as" option is there. 2019 should also work from what I can tell.

You could have added that if you do not want to use the full size of the slide, you can reduce the slide: 1. Select the Design tab of the toolbar ribbon. 2. Select Slide Size. near the far right end of the toolbar. 3. Select Custom Slide Size. Otherwise you need to crop the GIF later.

Good points. I wish KZbin let you update videos later but I will pin this.

Haha, the debate continues. I’ll just refer to Shawn Spencer from Psych when he says “I’ve heard it both ways”
