How To Create Automated Emails with a Checkbox in Salesforce (Record Triggered Flow)

Click/choose "Record Triggered Flow" for anyone that was stuck because seeing a different screen than shown. He kind of blew past that part, but he does mention it.

There's a checkbox for "Include a Run Asynchronously path to access an external system after the original transaction for the triggering record is successfully committed" that isn't addressed, but maybe you could comment with an explanation on if needed.
