Cool video. Just a little remark your overlayed stars/circles/clouds are a little to circly for me, so I've used a gaussian blur to make them look more like misty clouds. EDIT: Oh and I've noticed that the color dodge function doesn't work properly in the CMYK color mode. If you encounter this problem, just change it to RGB

Love the video, it is pretty easy to follow along step by step. When adding the white circles (beginning around 7:28) my circles are very defined. Yours look much more feathered around the edges, any advice on how I can achieve this look?

Thanks so much!. I think it has to do with turning opacity little bit down, and make sure the gradient half is white and half is transparent. So try it, let me know if it worked. Otherwise i will explain more :)

NVM! I figured it out. I double clicked the black color and turned all the RGB slides to the blacked black and then it worked! Thanks

with the colour dodge step i seem to be following the steps exactly but i end up with a pink circle the size of the entire shape.... there's the soft, brighter, small pink circle in the middle (the white of the actual tool) but the rest of the circle (the black of the tool) is a big pink circle aswell whereas in yours it's transparent...

I can understand the problem, many people have the same experience with such an issue, try to have that circle as B&W gradient then change it to color dodge, or even make one side of the gradient transparent.

Did you try to apply the black and white gradient to that white circle before changing it to color dodge? B&W Gradient can have an effect while you apply it and changing it to color dodge. Let me know if this was helpful, otherwise I can explain more how to get it done!

After you do the 3rd symbol how are you changing the diameter to use the 3rd symbol again

All you have to do just make a few symbol i mean these circles before you add them to symbol tool window, re-size each one of them as its desired, you can even change diameter by decreasing or increasing from spray tool as well double click on spray tool then change it as well

Hi, i think before you use spray, make sure they size of circles are small , to be sure make a few different sizes of circles then drag and drop it to symbols then use spray tool, see if that works.

In which part goes wrong? Have you tried to make the gradient already color dodge before you apply eventually ? Try to make it color dodge before you drag it into symbol

My answer is probably way to late, but you've presumably used the CMYK color mode. In RGB it should work just fine

You need to put a constant closed captioning of what you want to say or some kind of voice over whether it's your voice or someone else's or a computer voice that's not hard on the ears. 3 minutes into the video I have no idea what you're doing. There needs to be a voice over and a closed captioning. And that music that elevator music is so irritating. Look at the fact that out of everyone who hated the video 2% were so irritated that we gave you a thumbs down. Please understand no one wants to give you a thumbs down, we're watching your video because of the title. But you need to explain everything you're doing exactly as you're doing it, anything else no one has the patience for elevator music playing in the background and they're being no explanation.
