Hi there, I've made a product tag in Canva at 1.3" x 6" but when I upload in to Canvas Cricut it resizes to 2.708" x 12.5" and when I press the red exclamation that says auto resize image it then tells me the image is low resolution after it is resized. Has this ever happened to you and if so how would you resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Does the font in the design not come out blurry when you upload the png image to Cricut's design space?

Thanks for commenting. The font did not come out blurry when the image was uploaded in Design Space. When I uploaded the PNG file into Design Space, I selected Complex as the image type.
