I'm using FL Studio 24. BRSO and Modo Drums are linked. I changed the port for Modo to zero. I've made 132 rows in a notepad file. When I import it to BRSO it doesn't change anything. Also, when I hit a note on BRSO's piano roll, I hear a drum and an electric piano note. If I try to add a note to Modo's piano roll, it doesn't put the notes where I want them

For patterns, you'll want to 'program' the BRSO instrument channel piano roll in lieu of Modo's. BRSO will effectively serve as an input intermediary which will send MIDI to Modo. Try setting BRSO's output to Port 3, and Modo MIDI input port to 3. It's likely you won't have any other instruments receiving MIDI on that port. On the subject of the mapping file you loaded into BRSO, are your rows labeled? For instance, row 96 would represent note C3, which for me, is "Kick".

Do you know hot to route the BRSO Articulate to a mixer channel? @@Voidpiercer Edit. I got it. You have to link the actual drum sample channel to the mixer, not the Articulate.

My fl keeps switching back between normal labels and the custom ones. how do i prevent it from going back to default as soon as i leave the piano roll?

I see now. It switches labels based on the color you select

Any ideas on how to do this with a Mac ? BRSO articulate doesn’t open for me (even with the Mac beta version) .

I haven't tried this on Mac - Only Windows 10 Pro. I'm reading that BRSO 0.1 for Mac OS is beta as of March 2021, with a preface that it is feature-deficient, buggy, and potentially unstable. :(
