How to Create Designs for Sublimation in Canva/Design with me!

How can you create a sublimation design? My favorite and easiest way is b y using Canva. I have started making so many more designs using this method. In this video you can follow along and create a sublimation design for this summer time garden flag.

I would like to see how you go about creating your smaller design, cutting it in pieces, or printing each separately, and taping them together to create 1 large design without making lines on your design when you sublimate. I love your flag too, so super cute!

Thank you for the great tutorial! I always get overlap lines where the papers are taped together. I’ve also tried butting the papers together with no gap but then I somehow still get gaps which causes white lines in the flag. Do you have a suggestion for avoiding both of these problems? Thank you again for all your help. Your videos are always so helpful!

Hi thank you I'm so glad you enjoy these videos!! I don't really have problems with the lines showing, but there is some changes in color from one sheet to the next sometimes. This doesn't always happen so I'm not sure what causes it other than the ink drying different amounts of time after printing?? I tape the back of the pages all the way across with heat tape to keep lines from showing and that seems to work for me.
