No need to redo the bolts, just select the original bolts from the component, right click, bolt parts and selct all the parts that the bolt will attach and thats it

how to edit clearance angle back to back

While you placing back to back angles you have option to enter clearance between them as show in this video. Once you done placement of the angles you won't get that option again, yes you can edit by moving those angle by move option little bit complicated, but better option is remove it and make a new angles with required clearance.
