Hi, thank you very much for such informative content. This is exactly what I was looking for but I still have a small question if you could answer. Can we also do this if the x-axis is not numbers but items? What I am trying to do is make double clustered columns of the averages of two quantities on different trials of an experiment and also want to scatter plot the points of which the averages are the column charts, if this makes sense.

我真的没看懂。。。 for me when I select combo, it only shows the combination of bar and line, I don't have an option to choose scatter

That is very simple methods to follow. However, I was not able to line up the x axis of scatter plots and bar graph. It seems there was a secondary x axis existed but I was not able to find it and format it. Please help.

It may have to do with your version of Excel. You may not be able to do this with Excel 2010 or below.

How would you do it with three or more job families? How do you do the spacing for the scatter points?
@CariprosHRAnalytics3 жыл бұрын
yea you can do it with more columns, but for the spacing of the points, i think u can do it only by adjusting your y-axis range

I found my problem. I had to use numbers for x axis, such as 1, 2, 3, 4 etc.
