Can this carousel be imported into Dreamweaver as another type of carousel?

Unfortunately, no. This XD file is for prototype. There is third party tool that converts XD files to HTML documents. That is “Zeplin” that I haven’t used yet. Here is the link. zeplin.io/ I hope it helps.
