You guys do great videos. You provide a good level of details and the narration is absolutely important. There are many others where there is no narration nor any attempts to describe what they are doing, and it is a big waste of time because after putting in all the effort in making the video, it is extremely difficult to understand what all the mouse movement actually means. It is like watching a silent movie. My only one ask is to consider changing the layout of your screen so that it does not constantly shift around. I think it has something to do with your task bar on the left. Thank you. Fantastic work and thank you for sharing.

Super report, xlsx is fast also with 2000 rows! Is possible to download the xlsx file or pdf converted from xlsx ? the conversion to pdf is a very powerful option!

Looks like the newest version of report_xlsx module does not implement the code that you had given in this video. The inherited model can't be found by odoo engine.

I wrote the same codes like you but when I click the 'Patient Card Excel' at the form view of Yaseen, the program does not executing. I mean when I click this button, opening pop-up does not appear. Am not sure whether the dependent module report_xlsx is released in v13 or not. May be v12 report_xlsx module need some changes in v13.

Inside _name=' report.ModuleName.report_patient_xls' My module name has space in it. I cant change the name now as I have done a lot of work in it and at that time I did not know the problems of using name with spaces. Can something else work for this.

@@OdooMates I have to change the name from database as well. I went to google and I have to put some effort in writing lines in terminal. My module name(Whole project name [eg: om_hospital]) with spaces worked fine till now so I did not bother to change it at first. Now if I change it, it will cause some issues.

@@OdooMates It works on v11 (tested), the only thing I had to modify is the param of "align" I used 'center' since there is no 'vcenter' in the source of the addon itself.

If you get `inherits from non-existing model 'report.report_xlsx.abstract'` error, don't forget to add dependencies `report_xlsx` in manifest file

I have already install 'xlswriter' and 'xlrd' through pip3 install .... in the console. But it keeps saying that only 'xlrd' dependency is missing to install the module. Thank you can you help plz?
