add an extra column in the "'OUT" SECTION and rename it "requester" OR "receiver"........that way after the codes are used to enter a particular item, you can type the name of the receiver as a column has been created for it.

What do you mean by reorder pt?

Mas Syacho Harman reorder point means the level of inventory which trigger an action to replenish your stock. You can get it by calculating: Average daily demand * lead time(shipping time) For example. You have a 5 units average demand per day then the shipping time is usually 5 days. 5x5=25 The reorder point here is 25. It means when there are 25 stocks left, you should order your next batch of stock.
