I love the fact that you go outside and code. I tend to stay in my comfort zone for various reasons and never sit outside. Did you take the extra keyboard just for the sound? If so, I'm impressed by your dedication. I personally find that the 16" MacBook Pro is quite comfortable to type on. I would say it's as good, if not better than my Thinkpad keyboard.

I believe it's the Nuphy Air 60. I remember he mentioned it in one of his videos that he got it cause it's thin & compact that he can put it on his Macbook's keyboard.

Nuphy air60... Really worth it. They have some new switches as well.. I have the Wisteria Tactile switches w/ the Shiokaze keycaps. So nice and fits right on top of the mac keyboard.

It should be the software called karabiner-elements, you can disable the built-in keyboard while external devices is connected. The option is in its Devices > Advanced page
