How do you Create Google Calendar Event Invite Link? In this tutorial, I'll be showing you how you can create a Google event in Google Calendar and then create a link where you can send it to other people (or public) where other people can just grab your invite link and register for your event inside Google calendar.

This is great, but my problem is that when I create a link to a shared calendar event, I can never see who has accepted the invite. My end does not show team members who have accepted the invite? What am I doing wrong?

Exactly the same problem here, the behavior to look for is the same as when we add the emails of the contacts by hand directly in the event, but with an external link, no way to see the participation of everyone and the owner, just a duplicate link for everyone's calendar...

Thank you for this video. When I click on the event link from another google account on desktop, it opens the event for me to save but, if I click on the event link from a mobile phone (logged in as another gmail user), it opens the google calendar but without the event to save. Is that just me or is that happening to you as well?

@@kenangwk When I click on it, it opens the mobile calendar and shows me the interface as if I was creating a new event. It doesn't populate the event with the event information from the link.

If you're talking about appearing directly in the Google's Search page, I don't think so. BUT, if you've embedded your calendar in a searchable website or webpage, then yes, it's searchable on the Google's main search page. Also, although I've said that I don't think the calendar itself is searchable on Google's main search page, people can actually search Public Calendars on the Google Calendar itself, so if you're not comfortable that everyone will see it, it's better to not just select the "Public" Visibility.

Might be Time Zone issues. Just double check the Time Zone when creating an event

Hi, thanks for taking your time to comment. Anyways, have you followed all the steps in the tutorial? Have you made sure that the Google Calendar Invite Link is available to public by ticking the "Make available to public"? I have mentioned it in 03:00. Hope this helps.

Yep, I believe so. You can use URL shortening tools like Bitly, TinyURL, etc. Just make sure it doesn't look spammy
