Great video, Laressa! It's so useful to see Canva Magic Design in action. On a similar note, I've started using boost app social for my TikTok and Instagram-it helps a ton with reels and stories, plus AI tools for crafting bios and captions. It's like having a mini creative studio in your pocket!

I love the idea of faded music in the background with a voice over. Is that possible or must you choose one or the other?

You can add multiple tracks of audio and lower the background music on Canva. But I might have to make a more detailed tutorial on this process so stay tuned 🙏🏼

Hi Tina, I am not sure how to find that squiggly animation as Canva AI automatically added that element into the video... it might be hard to find the exact element but perhaps look up "scribble animation" and something similar might pop up 👍🏼

Are we able to tell the AI from the prompt, to only select music from the free library?

There doesn't seem to be a function to select for free music in the prompt - not sure if Canva will to refine this AI tool with features like that. However, I would assume that if you have a free Canva account that it would use the free music but I'm not sure either.

I would recommend to use only the FREE music in the Canva Audio library if you plan on posting your videos to various social platforms :) Thanks for watching!

Question about music! Isn't it important to use trending sounds for views on reels? If you use Canva's music does that take away from your reach? Thanks for the great video!

Hi Liz - you're right, it is encouraged to use the trending sounds from the social platform but I don't really have hard stats as to whether or not if Canva's music will take a away from the organic reach... The social algorithm is hard to predict. Honestly, I would try both and see what happens! You can post with the Canva Free music and if the reach is not good after a day or so, take the reel down and upload again with trending music from the social platform :)
