So if u have the paper ur using in front of you make sure it matches the label model on screen that’s why it ask for the margins etc it has to match the same size as the labels u are printing I just reduced all of them and it worked

Hi there! The design of the label was actually created using Photoshop, but you also could use the free version of Canva. If you want to design the label on Microsoft Word, then you can go to the "Insert" tab to import images/clip art. Let us know if this helps!

How do you get information like the pitches and the margins? Like where do you find that information? Thank you so much in advance

Good question! If you reach out to the company you bought the labels from, they should be able to provide you with the measurements. Or, you could also try using a ruler and measuring them yourself. This might not be the most exact way, but it should get you a pretty close print. Please let us know if this helps!

I can't seem to get the horizontal pitch margin space to show. It just shows 3 right next to each other and no space even though the pitch is set to be 2.5mm bigger than the label

Hi there! It's likely because 2.5mm is such a small amount so Word doesn't recognize it. Since 2.5mm = 0.098 in inches, we tried rounding up to 0.1". When we made the horizontal pitch 0.1", you can see the space. Maybe try doing this and see how the print looks? Let us know if this helps!

Good question! To design the label, we used Adobe Photoshop, but you could use the free design software Canva. If you do a simple search on how to design in Canva, there are plenty of tutorials. Once you design the label, you would just press the "insert" tab on Microsoft Word to import images/clip art. What kind of label are you trying to make?

@@mekrobar7872 Adobe Photoshop is a downloadable offline software, but it can be pretty expensive. You also can just use Microsoft Word to design the labels! It might take a little extra time, but you can use their clip art and import other images. We hope this helps!

Hello! Microsoft Word does not recognize circles, so you'll have to make the template into squares. You can then input your circle design and center it within the square. We hope this helps!

How to automate this Is it possible ?? created a mail merge connected to an excel sheet to print labels. However, a single label is reproduced for each record. I would like each label to be repeated X number of times indicated in column G of the excel file so to explain myself better, in the word file I sent you, 15 labels of the first type will appear, then 10 of the second, 0 of the third, etc.. in the word file I sent you a label is shown for each line of the excel sheet, one for the code

Hey there! When you first open Word, there will be an "Options" button in the lower left corner. Click on that, and then click on the "Customize Ribbon" button. On the right of the window, you can see a bunch of options with check marks next to them. Scroll until you see "Mailings", and check the box next to it. Press "OK", and you should be set! @@MksNatureway Glad you figured out the whole mailings tab issue! For the vertical pitch, it's the space from the top edge of the label to the top of the label underneath of it. Then the side margin is the space from the edge of the label to the edge of the sheet. You can measure both these yourself with a ruler, or you can ask the company you purchased the sheet labels from for this information. They usually have them on the box or on their website. We hope this helps!

Hi there! After researching this a bit, we weren't able to come up with a clear answer when using Word. If you're using Photoshop, you could look into creating clipping masks, but we're not sure how this will transfer over when printing. Let us know if you end up finding a solution!
