Thank you...is there any way the data gets updated automatically if it is linked with a web data?

Dear, Thanks for your comment! Yes, there are ways to update data automatically if your data is from a website. You can import data directly from a website using the Get Data feature. Once the data is imported, it will be linked to the website. Later, you can refresh the connection to get the latest information. Now, let us discuss refreshing the connection automatically. You can automatically refresh at specified intervals, such as within every minute or hour, on a daily or weekly basis. You can also set up the Excel workbook to refresh all data connections upon opening the file. To do so, open the Data tab >> Queries & Connections >> Right-click query >> Properties >> Refresh every or Refresh when opening file.
