Hi Sofian, is there something special I have to do to do the Mail Merge, I followed the steps you did, but at 16:02 when you get a prompt to add field data to replace the {{candidate_first_name}} and other fields, I did not get this prompt.

It no longer works, you now need to use the Word Add-in Template Assistant or the Docusign Template Builder in the Docusign webapp
