Hello Crystalynn. Good day to you! May I ask, is it possible for an expense claim to be recorded in multiple currency? What if you spend your travel expense in foreign currency and you want to reimburse it by your company? I was trying to record this, however there was only one currency in default in Xero for the expense claim? Please help. Thank you very much and Have a great day! =)

I'm trying to make a expense claim but the first thing it asks me is "Who". Currently I can only pick myself and not any of my employees. Is there any way to make a general expense claim? Do I need to link it to a person? If so how do I add more employees? And if I add more employees do I need to pay for user rights for each employee managed this way?
