how to create metalens using Macros in CST

In this video we design a metal lens with single spot focusing functionality. A circular metal resonator is used as a unit cell. Meta atoms or unit cells are arrange in circular manner across a metasurface making an array of circular pattern. We will defined a Macros in Cst studio which will arrange the meta-atoms in a ring pattern, each meta-atom have different dimensions.

Thanks for a wonderful video. Can you please explain the results in cst which you shown in ppt at the beginning? For example at which frequency or wavelength we will get the focusing of EM wave. Looking forward to it. Thanks

Bro if we have 2 different unit cells and we have specific coding sequence, how to do it in cst using macro

In that case just create those two unit cells first and then create macro file. Then you will have those two unit cells inside macro script, there you can repeat them in whatever pattern you want to repeat
