Sure. Copy your creation into clipboard-Ctrl+c, paste special-paste as image, right click and select save image. It’s not very straightforward unfortunately.. let me know if this helps

Have a tip, in your thumbnail dont put both Minecraft texts, one minecraft and one anything else. Or people Won't understand that you are actually making custom minecraft logo. Even at first i thought you are recreating minecraft's logo.

Sure, right click and select "Save as Picture", and save it as PNG. Works only in PowerPoint though, not in Word or Excel.
