The crown itself can be sewn from eco-leather, any natural materials or synthetics of low extensibility. The fabric should not be transparent or highly stretchable. If the fabric is not dense enough, you can glue it with adhesive woven interlining fabric. I used a plastic flexible folder for documents to make the inner base. You can take sheet plastic, which is used in lamination, 0.7 mm will do.

Hey I would love to make this but the Google drive folder link only brings you to one half of the template. Do you have the link for the other?

It is half of the pattern because you place it on the fold to cut your material-like in a mirror. Or you can print 2 copies, cut and tape it together to make it one whole piece.
