For that we have to make and parent(with automatic weight) exactly same bones with our desired character and then simply retarget with the rigged one

you have to make your desired charecter stand in T pose then delete the motion capture character body then set the motion capture rig to reset position after that align your T pose character with the bone and parent it with your charecter while selecting parent with automatic weight.
