Just made my first original instrument sample using this tutorial with my own sounds. Thanks for this. Can't wait to do more and hopefully contribute to pianobook in the future.

This is a great tutorial. When I sample for example E-Pianos I got the impression that I am loosing a lot of high end. To make the sampled instrument sound like the original source I have to apply a lot of EQ and it still doesn't sound as crispy as before.

Love the tip about pitching samples down it sounds way better ;) I always do that with percussion.

Thanks! This series is great. For a future video could I suggest sampling stringed instruments like guitars. Trying to work out a good system to sample an instrument where you can play the same note on different strings and I could use some expert advice!

This looks great and easy. Im trying to build my own bass multisampled bass. But correct me if im wrong i need to load each basssample for every key? The weird thing is that you only load a sample for every key? Wouldn’t this sound bad? Or is kontakt this amazing? 🤩
