Pl tell how do you transport mcqs in excel sheet to Moodle?

All-or-Nothing Multiple choice option is not showing in Moodle account. Could you help please?

Multiple response type of question seems incomplete and unfair to students. For example, if a student has to answer 5 questions (each question 1 point) correctly out of ten (5 points in total), and he/she gave 4 correct answers and one incorrect, he/she will get marks for 3 questions (3 points and not 4), which doesn't seem to be fair. It would be much better if students could only check precise number of answers (in these example 5 checkpoint boxes), then the student would get 4 points if he had for correct and one incorrect answer.
