Sometimes as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager, we need to insert a number of shared parameters either based on client's requirements or for data management. In that situation if you are having multiple revit files then it will be be very very hectic task to do that manually. In that situation, Paramanager is great option which helps us with some clicks only.
