Best explanation for this! Microsoft is so archaic, seriously. In the options areas you should be able to set the reply etc in the options ares so that you don't need that extra step. Get with it Microsoft, this is where Apple beats them up! thanks again.

Hi, we have a business email being used on multiple computers, each computer/employee had their own different signature. Now itr only keeps one siganture, how can we keep everyone's personal signature without it changing on each PC?

I'm trying to tie specific signatures to specific accounts. "E-mail account:" dropdown menu lists my main account and a "Signatures on this device" option. Choosing "Signatures on this device" greys out everything. Running Outlook MSO (Version 2411 Build 16.0.18227.20082)

Hey! Thanks for the video. Do you know how to toggle between signatures from when you right click to open an email? For example, if I automatically wanted it to open between a certain signature, versus opening the email and then switching? We had a coworker that had it set up that way (right click on outlook on your toolbar, and pick the title of the signature depending on which one you want to open)? Any help would be great. Thank you.
