If you are attempting to use this software in V18, there is an extra step after 7:00 called Automation License Management, and it is going to ask you to make a selection for Trial License Key type, if you skip this step, you can not configure a CPU.

After following download Instructions in your previous video, one does not get the correct TIA Portal app to open when searching it in the search bar. The only thing that opens up is the S7-PLCSIM V16 app. I noticed that the TIA V16 exe. files do NOT have the exe. in the file name. Do you have a video on how to open the correct TIA Portal app after downloading ALL the files in the Siemens V16 webpage?
