My learnings from this video: ★The part where you are explaining about the internal environment and external environment is very informative. ★Before preparing anything, a positive environment is most required. ★ How we can create a positive environment: we have to clean our room daily and organize the room in a proper manner. Lighting should be properly placed, and while studying, your direction should be towards light, avoiding digital disturbance. Keep all required things before sitting. ★ I will add one point from my side: that is self-discipline ( "କାଲିଠୁ କରିବା" is not acceptable). "I shall do from now" (until reaching that level).
