In your wordpress dashboard on the left side scroll down to QSM and in the options select addon settings. Go through the list of available addons and you will find the certificate addon. You can download it for free.

@@QuizAndSurveyMaster All the information in the 09:46 Set up a Results Page doesn't work. This setup info is wrong and might be out of date. When I tried all the setup steps it broke the website or the quiz stopped working.
