Lumion wins for exterior rendering because it's just easy. The choices of style, precipitation, time warp, all those effects are so helpful! My laptop just can't handle an exterior scene with Vray fur for the grass field, so yeah. Lumion for exterior, Vray for interior.

Honestly Vray has always been my favorite because it was my first serious try at a render engine. Right now I like using Vray for interior and Lumion for exterior😊

When I Open a template without plain template my PC Got Auto Restart,,same problem in Example also.What can I do? My benchmark is 100% and My Pc Configure is better than the system requirement.

Lumion is a fantastic tool but it always looks cg, plus it's very expensive. I love the idea of it but I've never seen a lumion still image to compete with vray or corona. I'm messing about with twinmotion because its free and has the benefit of being connected to the unreal engine.

Agreed! I still think Vray and Corona are more realistic. Excited for the bridge between Twinmotion and Unreal Engine

@@ArchitectureInspirations I used max for ages but only really for rendering. I find it too weird to model in. I cant figure out how to snap or anything else to be accurate. I was a beta tester for vray for sketchup. In fact if you can find an early version you'll see some of my renders pop up when you install it. I just found there was such a disconnect between the max and vray version. Now that vray next has come out, at least for sketchup, all the tweaking has gone out the window and it closer to corona. Which I like. All I ever did in corona was set up the scene and hit render. I'm so sad that they abandoned the skethup version.

That's true! I hope Vray 5 for Sketchup would come out soon too. That would be really cool. It might be a while though. But Vray 5 for 3dsmax looks so good!

worst part of this feature, is that the model wont cast shadows above the photo, so you have floating objects

You can easily add the shadows in Photoshop like I did at the end of the video
