On the tapered mock-up is it just cutting a transparency out of the image or is it warping the image to fit the tapered transparency? 2. Is there a way to do seamless or tiled designs in DreamAI? How do we bring in tiled images from MJ and apply them to the mockup generator (and what do we need to do to the MJ images before bringing them into MD)?

Mr Blackmore I must say IU was skeptical of your product but I just did close to 60 listings in like 2 hours ( First hour spent doing designs going back and forth from this video and the MYDESIGNS) but it was relatively easy I just have one thing to say and its not negative just suggestion for the next middle aged dude trying to make tumbler wraps. Update this video with the new features from the product cause some of them are not in the same place again everything is findable but if you got some whose looking to fit vertical well it might take him sometime before he tries old canva lol GREAT PRODUCT thoguh I enjoy it

Ideally, we want to roll out a tile / seamless patterns feature within Dream AI in ~30 days or less. Stickers are easy - just stick to the 1:1 aspect ratio in Dream AI, and upscale by 4x, and it will be more than high enough quality for all sticker size options we offer. Wall art is coming to MyDesigns as soon as we roll out our new canvas system.

The software is good but for the price I would assume that upscaling would be included. For the pro plan you get 500 credits per month which means we can only upscale 250 images as each upscale costs 2 credits. The max we are allowed to publish a day is 400, so this doesn’t even cover the cost of upscaling using up all the credits for one day unless you purchase more credits. Pro plus plan is 1500 credits per day so only 750 upscales. There’s a LOT of AI upscalers that are free so the whole point of using MyDesigns would be to upscale and publish in bulk all in one place especially for the subscription price. It also costs 3.5 credits to create images using dream AI.

We're going to look at increasing the credits per plan soon and possibly lower the overall costs of credits. Upscaling images at the quality we do requires a lot of resources, but we're monitoring it and will make adjustments accordingly.

Hi Curtis. Amazing video. I joined MyDesigns yesterday and am loving it. QUESTION: are your designs here (which are great) going to leave a line on a finished tumbler where the two edges meet and the images don't match? Just clarifying my thinking here. Happy to hear that! There's no way (yet) to add video's to existing listings, but with our upcoming "sync" feature, this will be possible in the future. For now, you can download mockups and reupload them to Etsy. It's not an ideal solution, but it gets the job done.

Yes, that's what MyDesigns does when you go through the digital publishing process. We ZIP your files, store them in our cloud, and the customer gets a PDF with a button to download their purchase.

Thanks for the video. When you edited the images in canvas it showed the DPI as being 105? How do you get it to 300dpi?

Canvas automatically saves them and sets the image PPI at 300 (although, it's actually at the PPI it shows inside the Canvas system before you create the file). Anything 72 PPI and above tends to sublimate well and should be fine IMO.

Very interesting. Thanks, Curtis. Lets say im ordering the tumbler wrap. I dowload the taper version which means i buy the image of tumbler wrap. Then how i receive the actual physical wrap? Because i want to wrap my physical tumbler. Do i have to send the image to a print service? Pay them and ask them to send the wrap back to me? I need to see the whole process of how the wrap landing onto a physical tumbler. You show an exceptional training of how to produce the digital images straight and taper but i haven't seen the final stage of the tumbler wrap from a customer perspective. Thanks, Curtis.

Yes, we will. We actually added mug wraps to our mockups generator right after I recorded this video. You can already upload your own PSD (Photoshop documents) mockups to MyDesigns and render them in bulk with our mockups generator.

Because the tapered one has transparency in the places where there are no pixels, and PNG supports transparency.

No, upscaling won't increase DPI/PPI. What will increase DPI/PPI is either vectorizing an image, which works great on simple images, or upscaling an image that for instance is 72 PPI to a really high resolution and then shrinking the image down after (adding more pixels per inch). I hope that makes sense.

How do you map the keyword to move into the description and tag fields?

You can do this by using our active variable functionality. Basically, [dataset name.field name] So if you have a "Keywords" dataset and a field inside that dataset named "primary keyword", you would create an active variable called [keywords.primary keyword]. It will be replaced with the keyword from the field your pointing it to.

No, your MyDesigns account is completely separate from Etsy. You simply connect your Etsy shop to your MyDesigns account and you're good to go. Has nothing to do with your emails.

Hello Curtis! I was wondering why my image is 144 DPI after I generate it with "Straight Tumbler" Mockup. I checked it with this method "Open with > Paint > File > Properties" and it's showing 144 DPI. Yes, you can get organic sales fairly easily with digital products. Focus on optimizing your listings (title and tags primarily) along with great mockups, and you'll get plenty of organic sales.

If doing digital products, you need to edit template and add a "price" and "quantity" field using the "number" as the field type. From there, you add the data to those fields. That's not very intuitive, so we'll make it easy to add pricing/product quantity in the digital publishing process soon.

HI Curtis following yr video to the letter. When I created the designs I used the upscaler x 4 for 2 credits per image to do the same as you did in video to create the images. However to me they do not look like same file size before I even do anything else to them. For example my image is 1152x896 @72ppi but when you look at your video they are around 4000 x whatever and 72ppi. Why would this be? Is it something to do with the selection under INPUT FILE SLOT field that mine says Main File - think yours said default image. AND under the Output file slot yours said Vector Image. Mine says Mockup. No idea how to change this to the same as what yours' showed - any clues please. Am trying your chat who is very helpful but we haven't been able to resolve this for absolutely ages. Even sent him this video link and my screenshots
